MEET OUR TEAM

President
Mary Foster Gregory
"Hello! My name is Mary Foster. I am the founder and president of Impartial Athletics Association. I have played softball for over eight years now, and I can confidently say that this sport has shaped me into the person I am today. Softball has improved my mental and physical health, connected me with incredible teammates and coaches, and taught me valuable life lessons. I have always been aware of how incredibly fortunate I am, however, while growing as a person I have become more aware of issues in my community. It has become evident to me how many children are unable to accomplish their dreams simply because of their financial background. My incredible team and I want to change that. We want to provide equipment to as many children as possible and allow every kid equal access to sports. I am interested in a career in the medical field after high school."

Vice President
Aiden Hammond
"My name is Aiden Hammond. I am a Senior at T.L Hanna High School. I’ve played multiple different sports throughout my life and know how important the game can be to a child. I’ve had the opportunities to learn from and play the sports I love. I know that there are kiddos out there who are less fortunate than others, or don’t have the resources to reach their ultimate potential. I want to be someone who can make their dreams a reality and we can do that through Impartial Athletics Association. After my High School career I hope to study Law or Biomedical Science."

Treasurer
Liz Finch
"I’m Liz! I’m a junior at T.L. Hanna Highschool. I have played soccer for 9 years competitively and it has truly changed me as a person and the way I view things now. I’m forever grateful that I had the opportunity to do this growing up, and I want to help those less fortunate children have the opportunity to experience what I had. After high school I am interested in the nursing program at the University of South Carolina. I also love kids and I’m so excited to help them experience the love of sports!"

Treasurer
Jordan Tone
"I'm a junior at T.L. Hanna High School. My father, Jason Tone, is one of the football coaches at T.L. Hanna. He has been coaching since he graduated college, therefore, sports have always been an important part of my life. Over the years, I have witnessed the positive impact sports have on children's lives and I believe no child should be denied the opportunity to participate."

Social Media Manager
Addison Perry
"My name is Addison and I’m a Junior at T.L. Hanna high school. I believe that all kids should have the opportunity to follow their dreams, especially with an amazing outlet like sports! After high school, I plan on working in the marketing department."

Outreach Director
Kirklyn Dunkel
"I'm Kirklyn! I am a Junior at T.L. Hanna High School. I have been playing lacrosse for three years, and I've done cheer for four. My love for sports and children inspired me to want to help kids be able to play sports. I feel that they deserve the amazing opportunity to experience making friendships and learning life lessons through sports."

Outreach Director
Allie Bonner
"I’m Alexandria Bonner!! I’m a junior at T.L. Hanna High School. My love for volleyball began in the 5th grade, and by 6th grade I was competing on my first travel team. That’s when I truly fell in love with the game — not just for the wins, but for the challenges. The constant failures and successes of this sport have provided me with the grit and humility I needed to become who I am today. Through volleyball, I’ve gained confidence, perseverance, and a deep sense of sportsmanship — qualities I believe every young person deserves the chance to develop. Having witnessed too many people step away from sports simply because of financial hardship, I’ve decided to take action. I’m joining a team of like-minded teens who are passionate about making sports accessible to everyone in their community — not just the fortunate few. With dreams of entering the medical field after high school, I will continue to live a life of purpose, resilience, and care. This nonprofit is just the beginning of a lifelong journey to heal, uplift, and empower others."

Makenna Waters
I’m Makenna!! I am a junior at T.L. Hanna High School. Growing up, I have had the opportunity to play many different sports! Playing sports has impacted me like nothing else, and I am beyond blessed for all the opportunities I have been given. I know that there are kids who don’t have the same opportunities I did, which is why I want to participate in the Impartial Athletics Association to help the less fortunate. After high school, I hope to study Elementary Education!!
